Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our software or services operated by Harsh Tech Solutions (HTS).
1. License Grant
Upon payment of the applicable invoice, Harsh Tech Solutions grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The software license is strictly bound to the physical MAC address of the device it is registered to.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the software or make the platform available to any unauthorized third party.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the software.
- Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or circumvent the MAC address binding or the License Validation system.
3. Intellectual Property
The software, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Harsh Tech Solutions.
4. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
Standard software licenses may require an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for continued technical support and software updates. Failure to renew the AMC may result in the suspension of support services and loss of access to future software patches.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Harsh Tech Solutions be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the software. Since the software operates 100% offline, the user is solely responsible for maintaining local database backups.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
