1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our software, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a software license key is generated and bound to a MAC address, it cannot be revoked or resold. Therefore, we do not offer refunds after the software has been deployed or the license key has been issued.
2. Demonstrations and Trials
We highly encourage all prospective clients to utilize our free demonstration and consultation sessions before making a purchase. During these sessions, our team will showcase the complete functionality of the Advanced Refinery Management System to ensure it meets your exact operational requirements.
3. Cancellation of Services
- Initial Software Setup: Once an invoice is generated and payment is processed, the setup process begins immediately. Cancellations requested after payment will not be eligible for a refund.
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC): You may choose to cancel or opt-out of your AMC renewal before the next billing cycle. However, no prorated refunds will be provided for mid-year AMC cancellations.
4. Hardware Issues
Our software licenses are bound to the specific physical hardware (MAC address) of the device. If your computer hardware crashes or needs replacement, please contact our support team. We provide a MAC Address Reset service for valid license holders (subject to verification and potential administrative fees), but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In extremely rare cases, such as an accidental duplicate charge or an invoicing error on our end, we will review the case and, at our sole discretion, process a refund or credit within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
